Powered by CCTV, IoT, and Cloud technology, it allows you to record your game automatically, capture your finest moments, and share them across social media, all directly from your phone.

The Push Button lets you capture your best moments instantly. Each time you press the button on court, SnapCourt automatically saves the previous 30 seconds of play as a single highlight clip. You may press it as many times as you wish throughout your booking, with every press producing a separate clip.

Full-Time Record preserves your entire session from start to finish, with nothing left out. It is ideal for players who wish to review their complete performance. When you select Full-Time Record, you also receive the Highlight (Push Button) feature at no additional charge, giving you the best of both.

Absolutely. You select your preferred mode at the time of booking. Choosing Highlight delivers your Push Button clips, while choosing Full-Time Record provides the complete recording together with the full Highlight feature included. There is no need to compromise between the two.

Every court is equipped with two cameras, and you receive the footage from both angles. This gives you a richer, more complete perspective of your play, for both highlights and full recordings, ensuring that every moment is captured clearly and beautifully.

It could not be simpler. In just four steps: first, scan the QR Code on court, then log in and pay; second, the camera begins recording automatically; third, press the Push Button to save your best moments; and fourth, open, save, and share your highlight videos directly from the application.

You log in using your email and password. Registration is required only once. After creating your account, you may simply scan the QR Code on court to begin a session, with no need to register again each time you play.

Yes. A single SnapCourt account works across all of our partner venues. You may play and record at any location that uses SnapCourt with the same account, and access your entire video history conveniently in one place.

SnapCourt supports payment via Virtual Account and QRIS. You may choose whichever method is most convenient when booking your session directly within the application. Payments are processed securely, and your recording session activates as soon as payment is successfully confirmed.

Should a payment fail or be interrupted, the recording session will not activate and you will receive a payment failure notification. No funds are deducted from you, so you may simply try again with complete peace of mind, knowing your money is safe.

You may download your video in two ways: directly through the download button within the SnapCourt web application, or via a shareable link. Your video is ready to play, save, and upload to your favourite social media platforms whenever you choose.

All videos are provided in MP4 format at Full HD 1080p resolution. This widely compatible format works seamlessly across virtually all devices and social media platforms, allowing you to share your best moments immediately, with no conversion or extra settings required.

Your video is stored in the cloud for 30 days from the time of recording. Throughout this period, you are free to access, download, and share it at any time. We kindly encourage you to save your favourite videos before the storage period ends.

After 30 days, videos are permanently removed from the system, with no backup retained. For this reason, we strongly recommend downloading or sharing any important videos before the storage period expires, so that your treasured moments are never lost.

This depends on each venue's preference. By default, videos carry no watermark. Some venues may choose to add their own branding. You will see the final appearance of your video according to the settings of the venue where you play.

Of course. You may share your video via a link, allowing your fellow players to enjoy the very same moments. Sharing a link makes it effortless for your whole team to save and upload the best highlights from a shared session.

Your video can be accessed only by the player who scanned the QR Code and completed payment for that session. As the session holder, you retain control over sharing your video with fellow players via a link, ensuring your moments remain in the right hands.

SnapCourt cameras are positioned to capture only the area of the court on which you are playing. The recording focuses on the action within the relevant court, so areas beyond it are not the subject of the footage.

All of your data and videos are stored on cloud servers located in Indonesia, protected by end-to-end encryption. SnapCourt complies with applicable personal data protection regulations and maintains an official privacy policy, so the security and confidentiality of your data are always safeguarded.
