Welcome to Snapcourt! This page contains the Terms & Conditions for using Snapcourt's services. By using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms.

1. Definitions

  • Snapcourt refers to Snapcourt ("we," "us"), the provider of Snapcourt services.
  • User refers to any individual/entity using Snapcourt services, including players, clubs, coaches, and venue operators ("You").
  • Personal Data refers to data that can identify a person in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Service Content includes videos, highlights, images, text, and other media available on Snapcourt.

2. Use of Service

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age required by applicable law.
  • Users must comply with Indonesian law and must not engage in illegal or unethical activities.
  • Snapcourt may modify or discontinue service features at any time.

3. Account, Payment & Subscription

  • Paid clubs/venues are required to provide accurate information and pay in accordance with the applicable terms.
  • Snapcourt reserves the right to change prices, packages, or features with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, software, UI design, and content are owned or licensed by Snapcourt.
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

5. Personal Data & Privacy

a. Collection & Purpose

  • Generating video highlights;
  • Managing accounts & user requests;
  • Customer service;
  • Improving the system & user experience;
  • Marketing information (with consent).

b. Legal Basis & Consent

  • Your consent;
  • Contract performance;
  • Legal obligations;
  • Snapcourt's and users' legitimate interests.

c. Data Retention & Deletion

Personal Data is stored as needed and in accordance with the law. Users may request deletion/anonymization in accordance with applicable provisions.

d. Data Subject Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete data;
  • Withdraw consent;
  • Object to processing;
  • Data portability.

e. Security

Snapcourt implements reasonable technical & organizational safeguards.

f. Data Transfer

If data is transferred outside Indonesia, Snapcourt ensures equivalent protection or obtains user consent.

g. Video Recording & Publication

  • By using Snapcourt at a venue equipped with our system, you consent to CCTV recording for highlight purposes.
  • If you select "Public," you consent to the recording and publication of the video, including other players captured in it.
  • Users are required to ensure that all parties appearing in the video have given their consent prior to publication.
  • Snapcourt is not liable for claims arising from publication without consent.
  • Any party recorded in the video may request deletion or restriction of the content from Snapcourt.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Snapcourt strives to provide the best highlights, but does not guarantee that every moment will be recorded perfectly or that the service will always be free of disruption.
  • Snapcourt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
  • Users are responsible for distributing content to third parties.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • Snapcourt may terminate access if a user violates these terms or applicable law.
  • Following termination, access rights end and data may be deleted/anonymized in accordance with Snapcourt's policy.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Disputes will be resolved amicably through deliberation; if unresolved, they will be settled in the Bandung court.

9. Changes to Terms

Snapcourt may change these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website/application. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
