At Snapcourt, your privacy matters to us as much as your highlights do. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. By using Snapcourt, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address.
  • Payment information: When you pay for a session, payment is processed by our payment provider. We don't store your full card or banking details.
  • Video highlights: The 30-second clips you capture during your sessions, stored in your account.
  • Usage data: Basic technical and activity data, such as the venues you play at, sessions booked, and how you interact with our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process your payments, capture and deliver your highlights, send you notifications (like when a new clip is ready), improve our service, and respond to your questions or support requests.

4. Your Video Highlights

Your clips are stored privately in your account and remain available for 7 days, after which they're automatically deleted from active storage. You can download or share your clips anytime while they're live. Clips are only shared with others if you choose to share them.

5. Sharing Your Information

We don't sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Snapcourt (such as payment processors, cloud storage, and authentication providers), with our partner venues where relevant to your sessions, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Highlight clips are retained for 7 days unless downloaded. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how our service is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
